Tracy Tyson Miller has devoted her entire legal career to assisting individuals seeking Social Security Disability benefits. Her goal is to assist clients suffering from a variety of medical impairments in obtaining Social Security benefits as quickly as possible, and she has helped more than 2,500 Americans obtain the benefits to which they are entitled.

AV Preeminent-rated for excellence by her peers through Martindale Hubbell, Ms. Miller was Board certified in Social Security Disability Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 2007, the first attorney in the State of Florida to earn that honor. She has also been recognized by her peers as a Florida Super Lawyer each year since 2011, and has been named to Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite multiple times.

Ms. Miller is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. She is a frequent speaker, both locally and nationally, on issues of interest to Social Security attorneys, and she is a former member of the Board of Directors of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. Her articles have appeared in Jacksonville Lawyer magazine and the Jacksonville Bar Bulletin. She served as the Chairperson of the Jacksonville Bar Social Security Disability Committee from 2002 through 2005. She also serves on the Program Services Committee of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
